Wyoming Diamond & Gemstone Province

The Wyoming diamond and colored gemstone province includes many anomalies related to diamond pipes, cryptovolcanic structures, and diamond indicator minerals within the Wyoming Craton. More than 300 cryptovolcanic structures, 100 kimberlites, diamondiferous lamprophyres, many lamproites and a few hundred diamond indicator mineral anomalies, have been identified in the Craton underlying Wyoming, Colorado and Montana. Most anomalies remain unexplored and tested!
